Many people talk about what use to be. It is easier for them to speak of "back when" because they typically are speak of how great things were then. This comparison is typically done due to their view of the present and how they disagree with the way things are now. Normally, these are the people who complain much, but do little in present time, outside of complaining, to make today better.
Some talk about what could be. These people are a little more optimistic. They too see a decline compared to how things use to be, but they do believe that things could be better. Still, their direct involvement in making today and tomorrow are better place remains limited.
Others talk about what should. These people are adamant in declare what should be based upon their own views, belief system, and experiences. These people are willing to tell ours their views, but many choose not to listen to the views of others.
Still, Others focus on what will be. These people are determined. They do more than speak of what tomorrow may possible be. They develop plans, set goals, and are action driven to do their part in achieving those goals. These people are open to discussing different paths and hearing different views, as long as the talking is not more than the action.
You will find that when you stop talking and begin focusing with a pinpointed work ethic, things become reality.
Focus, apply knowledge, work, complete, receive the reward of positive change.
It is great to have hope, but hope without work is nothing more than a fading dream. When it is time to do your part, let it be more than the part of complaining.
