Acknowledging the realities of life does not mean you must succumb to them.

"Hello hello!! It's late and I'm tired!! It's been a BUSY Saturday!! And I only have 2 kids asleep (Now 3 because I have been getting Summer down while this...multitasker) This morning I took my crew to free anti-abduction training that I saw advertised.
My expectations were low but I was seriously blown away by our experience. A BIG shout out to Master "C" he was extremely professional, polite, kind, respectful, responsive & really passionate about teaching our young people tricks & tips in case of someone attempting to kidnap your child.
I have been looking for something like this for YEARS!! Master "C" is active in District 11 schools and helping today's youth learn personal safety and protection!! AMAZING!!

“Master C. I have a testimonial for you. Last night while at work I was giving an MP (Military Police) a hand with his baton or ASP because he disassembled it. Just as I put it together another MP was escorting a soldier to our interview room and was taking the handcuffs off but he exposed his weak side and the soldier took his ASP away from him. I heard the MP call for back up and with the baton still in my hand I ran in and the soldier attacked me with a high strike. Without hesitation I blocked it with my ASP, trapped his arm, hit him across the stomach under the arm and ripped the baton out of his hand. Then he was rushed by about 4 other officers. So thanks for the instruction on stick fighting last week. It is still fresh in my mind so all of the movements were smooth and without hesitation.”
“Went to YMCA (by my house) since we had a delay with D20 to work out and as I was leaving – one of the managers stopped me and said how good I was looking and the workouts here (meaning the Y) were really paying off. I smiled and said – yes – I get in on occasion here but this body is by CFMA with very insistent instructors! He looked surprised and started laughing at the use of my word ‘insistent’ –
