A few months ago someone heard me speaking about a business I had made an appointment with to utilize their services. This person told me that he used them and that they sucked and he had to go to court because of them.
Sorry, I do not allow the experience of one person to deter how I feel about another. I used the service and they were outstanding!! As we discussed their payment options I could see where a problem could come up. Nothing wrong, but the company allowed for payments if you were not able to pay the full amount due. However, if you fell behind their would be reasonable fees and interest added to the amount due. Failure to pay the amount due over the stipulated amount agreed could result in court costs and associated attorney fees. I simply paid the amount due.
Later, I saw this person again. I told him that I used that company. He told me “Man be careful I had to go to court with them.” I asked him “Did you take them to court and win? Or Did they take you to court?” He then said “Just watch out what you sign.” I replied “Nothing that they could of asked me to sign is bad unless I DEFAULT. “Whatever” he said as he walked away.
His personal opinion is not a public fact. Often times a person speaking badly about another person or business, is no different than the child having a tantrum for not getting his way.
Do not complain because your actions got you what you deserved. Instead, take responsibility.
